This application was created in 2013 with the collaboration of Rachel Therrien, B.Pharm, M.Sc. Active writer: Rachel Therrien, B.Pharm, M.Sc. Rachel Therrien has been a pharmacist at Unit hospitali re de recherche, d enseignement et soins sur le SIDA (UHRESS) of the Centre hospitalier de l Universit de Montr al (CHUM) since 1992.
